Q. What if I have questions or comments about the CCIP E-Learning Project?

Q. Are Judicial Education Credits (JEC) approved for the CCIP E-Learning Project activities?
A. A circuit court judge or circuit court commissioner may earn two Judicial Education Credits during each six year reporting period. To receive credit, submit the CCIP E-Learning Project Certificate of Attendance to the Office of Judicial Education.
Q. Are Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits available for lawyers who view the learning activities?
A. No. The Board of Bar Examiners has established criteria for legal educational programs to quality for CLE credits. Supreme Court Rule (SCR) 31.05(5)(a) sets forth conditions that a repeated on-demand program must meet in order to qualify for CLE credit. The CCIP E-Learning Project activities do not meet these requirements.
Q. I am noticing some formatting issues with the text (e.g., missing text). How do I fix this?
A. If you are utilizing Internet Explorer to view this website, formatting may be adversely affected by the use of Compatability Mode. If you see any formatting issues, simply click on the broken-page icon near the address bar in Internet Explorer. If this does not resolve the problem, please contact CCIP by clicking on the "Click Here" button at the top of the FAQ page.
Q. I am unable to access the statutes and hyperlinks contained in the learning activities. How can I view these links?
A. You may need to turn off your Pop-up Blocker. To do this in Internet Explorer, go to the menu bar at the top of your screen and click on Tools. First, select “Pop-up Blocker” and then choose “Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.” Lastly, click the “Yes” button to turn off the Pop-up Blocker.
Q. Can I view the learning activities on a mobile device?
A. No. At this time all learning activities are programmed through Adobe Flash, which is not supported on mobile devices.

A. The content of the CCIP E-Learning Project activities was last updated on 12/4/2020 2:39:12 PM. View the Content Update Log to determine the most recent update for each learning activity.
